Ghostly goodness

It's February 10th, which means it's time to celebrate anywherebeyond's book b-day!

SHADOWED SUMMER is a spooky and suspenseful read, with a main character whose voice is so distinctive you'll have trouble getting it out of your head and heaps of Southern small town atmosphere. The mystery is a page-turner and the ghost truly haunting, but the best part of this book is how real the characters and their relationships feel. Iris, her father, and her friends will stick with you a long time after.

Naturally, I am extra-excited because, well, yay for ghost books! But even if I wasn't into ghosts, I'd still have loved SS--it's such a wonderful story. And I think you all will love it, too. :)
