I noticed that your color scheme matches your book cover. Was that intentional? How did you choose colors when you created the site? My web besigner asked me if I wanted to use my book cover as a guide for colors and such, but since I don't HAVE a published book that wasn't even an option. However, I thought, what about when the second novel comes out? (see how optimistic I am?) I don't want my whole website built around my first book. Any thoughts on that?
I don't think I'd suggest designing an entire author site around one book's cover. I know some people make a separate site just for each book, and that works great. But if the site's supposed to feature all your books (and of course you hope there will be a second, and more after!) then it makes more sense to me to either have something that suits the tone of your work/genre in general.
I took the quiz, too - apparently, I am Tim Reed.
The cover is just fabulous - you must be soooo happy with it. That is the kind of book that screams to be taken home with me when I'm in a bookstore. :o)
